Assistant answers remain in your browser unless you choose to send them through WhatsApp. The website does not store those answers on its own server.
WhatsApp and telephone contact
Information sent through WhatsApp or telephone is handled through those communication providers and the devices used to respond. Only share information needed to arrange assistance.
Health information
Health information can be sensitive. Do not use the website assistant for a life-threatening emergency. For a serious emergency in Turkey, contact emergency services.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. Symptoms, accommodation names and assistant answers are not sent as Analytics event parameters.
Your choices
You may decline Analytics, avoid entering details into the assistant and contact the service directly by telephone.
